Services

We offer cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, on call or one time basis.

In order to determine your personalized rate, your home will be personally evaluated by owner

Michelle Smith prior to your first cleaning. Prices are determined by size, condition and content.

We use only organic, environmentally-friendly cleaning products.

Full House Cleaning

  • Dust suspended light fixtures and ceiling fans.

  • Dust all figurines, knickknacks, etc., as well as under them (not just around them).

  • Vacuum all stairs and carpets.

  • Clean entry and patio doors interior and exterior (weather permitting).

  • Wipe baseboards.

  • Change linens and make beds as requested.

  • Remove cobwebs.

  • Empty trash.

Fresh Living Room

 Kitchens

  • Clean and sanitize sinks

  • Clean counter tops.

  • Clean all cabinet fronts.

  • Clean exterior of oven, stove and refrigerator.

  • Sanitize and deodorize floors.

  • Empty trash.

Brand New Kitchen

Baths

  • Clean and sanitize showers, tubs, sinks and toilets.

  • Scrub tile grouting.

  • Clean and polish all mirrors and fixtures.

  • Wash and sanitize floors.

  • Empty trash.

Double Sink Bathroom

We also "Spring Clean" one room per visit.

This includes moving light furniture to vacuum underneath, edging carpet, and treating non-finished woodwork in addition to all of our regular services!
